What We Did

We’ve worked with Incognito for years, creating every aspect of the brand’s visual identity since launch – including its website, menus and marketing emails.

But capturing the weird, wild creativity that has made it one of the most Instagrammable bars in the world wasn’t an easy task…

Communicating the Experience.

Incognito’s USP is theatricality; it’s an experience you have to physically encounter to truly appreciate. Each one of its signature cocktails is an event that unfolds before your eyes – from bubbling bathtubs with chocolate ducks, to ancient Mayan chalices, to diving helmets billowing with clouds of fog – Incognito was made for the Instagram generation.

Building this into the website was a challenge. But using cutting-edge technologies, we were able to integrate video, animations and a fine art style to the design – without bogging it down into a slow, frustrating experience.

Chadwick Smithfield is the heart of the Incognito brand; a mythical anthropomorphic cat, and your host in this world of pure imagination...

We helped bring Chadwick to life, with a unique identity that takes elements of traditional Victoriana – and puts them on acid.

In everything from the website through to the menus you can pick up at the bar, this striking visual style underpins the Incognito brand. It’s wild – but consistent across every touch point customers encounter.

This keeps the story evolving as users browse and add their own content – and builds on the brand’s Instagrammable image.
