Ecommerce in Action - Zouk Tea Bar & Grill

Zouk is Manchester's icon of Indian and Pakistani cuisine. A restaurant built on memorable moments, meant to be shared. When they found us, their digital presence didn't come close to the experience of walking through the doors, and their plans for growth needed a platform with shopping built in.
The brief? Match the website to the welcome, and give them something to sell through it. So we gave them the full treatment. Creative direction, illustration, photography and a hero video, all carried into a new site designed and built with ecommerce at its core. The online shop sells bespoke gifts, experiences and ingredients, with packaging we designed ourselves. From spice tins and chutneys to the Tiffin Trike that took their tiffin deliveries onto the streets of Manchester. A local and ecommerce SEO strategy kept new customers arriving every month.
