Award-Winning Packaging Design - Incognito Spirit Company

Incognito is a theatrical cocktail bar experience. Imagine a Victorian speakeasy meets Alice in Wonderland. Wild yet refined. When the brand launched its own range of locally distilled spirits, the packaging had to bottle that world.
We designed packaging and labels for six spirits, from spiced rum to pink gin, giving each drink its own carefully crafted persona, all presented by a roaring evolution of the brand’s feline mascot, Chadwick Smithfield. Every box and label was painstakingly artworked and tested for print quality, fit and finish, then released as a limited run of exclusive special editions, with micro animations bringing each product to life on screen.
The launch landed. Incognito Spirits won the Global Vodka Masters Gold award in 2023, and the packaging now carries the brand across labels, advertising and digital.
What we delivered:
  • Packaging and label design for a six-spirit range
  • An illustrated persona for every drink, fronted by the brand’s mascot
  • Artworked, print-tested boxes and labels in a limited special-edition run
  • A Global Vodka Masters Gold award-winning launch

What does a packaging design agency do?

We design how your product looks, feels and tells its story in physical form. The structure, artwork, labels and finish are all crafted and then prepared for production. You get packaging built to sell.

How much does packaging design cost in the UK?

It depends on the format and the size of the range. A single label is a completely different project from a twenty-product family. Share what you’re planning, and we’ll give you a clear, honest price.

Do you handle print and production?

We prepare full print-ready artwork, specify materials and finishes, and support you through production with your printer. The proofing stage exists so there are no surprises when the boxes arrive.

Do you specialise in food and drink packaging?

It’s where much of our best-known work lives - spirits, wine, restaurant products and retail food - but the same thinking applies to any product that has to win a shelf.

Can you design a full product range?

Yes, and we’d recommend it. We design packaging as a system, so every product in your range is family while still standing on its own.

Do you design labels as well as full packaging?

Yes. Labels, sleeves, boxes, tins and everything in between. Some projects are a single label done brilliantly, others are the whole physical brand.

Will the artwork be original?

Always. Illustration and artwork are created specifically for your product. Nothing is licensed from a stock library or reused from another client. Your packaging deserves to be distinctly yours, and we get that.

Who owns the packaging designs?

You do. Final artwork and design files are yours, with ownership confirmed in writing as part of the project.
